About Us
Benfield Construction Limited is the contracting division of the Benfield Group and was formed in 1992 to compliment the successful house building and property investment and developing arms, established in 1933.
The company has extensive industry experience of most sectors including housing, apartments, social housing, education (schools, nurseries and universities) health (clinics, surgeries and hospitals) care homes, retirement homes and villages, churches, commercial (offices, showrooms etc) and industrial.
Through its Investor In People ethos, the company has a measured approach to the selection and development of staff which is extended to the supply chain.
Key points of the services we offer are:
- Project values of £250,000 up to £6 million
- Projects from £100,000 in and around Coventry
- Capability within the Group to engage in joint venture partnerships. An example of this is Lime Tree Village in Dunchurch, Warwickshire, a 153 unit retirement village built over 4 years with a sales value of £30 million
- We operate essentially in the East and West Midlands (Derby down to Oxford, Wolverhampton across to Northampton). This can be extended depending upon the nature and duration of the project.
